Research Methodology
Paul Reynolds is the co-founder and Chief Research Officer of Performance Monitor, a research firm that specializes in measuring the field performance of the leading professional services firms. Performance Monitor clients include many high profile companies, including Accenture, BearingPoint, Deloitte, EDS, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Infosys, Oracle, and SAP. Mr. Reynolds' expertise includes methodology development, data analytics, and research process design. Prior to co-founding Performance Monitor, Mr. Reynolds served as the Vice President and Director of Quantitative Research Services at META Group (acquired by Gartner), a Connecticut-based IT research and advisory firm. In this capacity he was responsible for all North American primary research conducted by the firm. He received the 2002 META Group Analytical Insight Award for his co-development of the METAspectrum vendor evaluation methodology. The award is given to the one analyst/consultant doing the most to advance the company's analytical methodologies, tools, and frameworks during the year. Prior to META Group, Mr. Reynolds worked as the Director of Research & Operations for Market Perspectives, a full-service marketing research organization. In this position he had direct responsibility for more than 350 research projects per year. He was also responsible for creating a variety of applications and intellectual property for the company.
Mr. Reynolds is the co-author the 'New SAP Blue Book' a book that a variety of Fortune 100 companies use as a primer for successful SAP implementations. Mr. Reynolds is currently the Treasurer of the New England Marketing Research Association. He is also a Past-President of the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce and Past-Chairman of the Mashpee Economic Development Committee.
Finance Transformation and BPO
Steven M. Looney is an advisor and financing specialist with particular expertise in rapid performance improvement and outsourcing and is a CPA and an attorney. He is a Director and Member of the Compliance and Compensation Committees of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. a $1.5 billion revenue NASDAQ healthcare services firm and a Director and Audit Committee Chair of GSC Investment Corporation, a NYSE- listed business development company providing capital to middle market enterprises and of Vein Associates,a public healthcare services firm. He also is a director and advisor on strategic and financial matters to WH Industries, Inc., a private $50 million revenue manufacturer of diesel engine valve actuation systems.
Mr. Looney is a graduate of the Business and Law Schools at the University of Washington in Seattle, served as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, as General Counsel of A.G. Becker-Warburg Paribas Becker, an international investment bank, and as chief financial officer of PCCI, Inc. a private information technology outsourcing firm, and of WH Industries.
Sales Transformation and Alignment
Jim Roche, Co-founder Customers Incorporated. Jim Roche is an industry recognized expert in creating and operating world-class sales teams. A 2005 American Business Award finalist for Best Sales Executive, he has held a variety of sales roles ranging from “carrying a bag” and running large and highly decentralized sales teams to creating and implementing sales automation systems training, and running worldwide sales operations organizations. Much of his career was spent at META Group, Inc., a leading technology research, consulting, and advisory firm with operations in 35 countries, offering information technology strategic consulting, transformation programs, and retainer advisory services. His most recent role at META Group, prior to its acquisition April 1, 2005 by Gartner, Inc., included building and running worldwide sales operations centered on a highly successful implementation of the ValueSelling sales process.
Mike San Fratello, Founder and Principal, PathCut Partners. Mike has over 20 years of marketing, sales, general management and consulting experience, and has spent the last eight years focused on developing proprietary market research and consulting methodologies to better understand how buyers make a purchase decision, what information they need, and works with clients to develop of enterprise sales content strategy. His consulting background includes sales and marketing effectiveness initiatives, branding, multiple new product launches, customer retention and loyalty, win/loss and competitive analysis and includes work with large, medium, and small enterprises across a range of industries, vertical markets, and products and services. Mike’s marketing and sales career includes Fortune 500 as well as small and mid-size businesses in the technology space. Before founding PathCut, Mike consulted in marketing and sales with META Group, prior to its acquisition by Gartner Group. He has published and contributed to articles on sales effectiveness, ASP services, and the software industry in several trade publications, and is moderator of the PathCut Sales and Marketing Effectiveness Forum hosted on CoreCommunity - Powered by CoreSpeed, where he publishes a syndicated blog. Mike earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from College of the Holy Cross.

Jeanette Plowman is our most recent addition to our board. Jeanette currently is independent consultant specializing in Human Resource Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Employee Benefits Administration outsourcing. She provides consulting services on competitive positioning in the outsourcing industry, outsourcing strategies, options assessment, solution development and translating best practices of global HRO BPO delivery models. Ms. Plowman was most recently an HR BPO Outsourcing Consultant for Hewitt Associates, where she was responsible for the consulting and transformation of human resource processes, business processes and benefits administration processes for Fortune 500 clients.
Ms. Plowman is a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals, the Outsourcing Institute, the Outsourcing Center, HR Outsourcing Association, Workforce Management and the Employee Benefits Institute of America Inc., all of which provides extensive research and professional perspectives on the HRO and BPO outsourcing industry.
