VAZT Global Inc. is pleased to announce its affiliation with APQC. VAZT Global Inc’s functional micro-sites, HR, IT, Finance and Supply Chain Benchmark Metrics will feature a direct access to APQC’s Open Standards Benchmarking Collaborative. From those sites organizations can participate in complimentary research and benchmark studies to determine their performance against other organizations in terms of the HR, Finance, IT and Supply Chain functions.

The Open Benchmark Collaborative and Process Category Framework will benefit our clients, in particular small to mid-size companies. We selected the APQC framework because of the robustness of the taxonomy and methodology which allows our clients the ability to accept "open standards". Many proprietary benchmark frameworks participants have to recreate the wheel. By acceptance of an "open standard" that process becomes easier to maintain in-house."

The APQC process framework and Open Standard Benchmark process combined with the VAZT delivery model, will give companies the ability to have functional expertise "on-demand". Smaller organizations can easily leverage the breadth of our expertise and of the PCF to determine which processes need additional review or development. Larger organizations can leverage the deep research that is organized along PCF guidelines to objectively aid in comparing performance to that of peers or against baselines during process improvement efforts.

VAZT's decision to align to APQC’s Process Classification Framework is based upon the strength and acceptance of the taxonomy of cross-functional business processes intended to allow objective comparison of organizational performance within and among organizations.
